Dibaci is an independent software product for cross-device conversations, file transfer, and AI-assisted work.
Data we process
To provide the service, we process account identifiers, signed-in device information, conversation messages, files uploaded by users, model and skill selections, service usage, and security logs. When voice features are used, audio is sent to the selected voice service for real-time recognition or synthesis.
Why we process data
Data is used for sign-in and cross-device synchronization, carrying out user instructions, transferring files, measuring service usage, diagnosing faults, preventing abuse, and handling content reports. We do not sell personal data.
Bring your own API
Third-party API credentials configured by a user remain on that device and are not synchronized to the Dibaci cloud. Content sent to a third-party AI service is processed under that service's terms and privacy policy.
Retention and security
Network communication uses HTTPS/TLS. Historical attachments are retained on the server for 7 days. After a deletion request, associated cloud data is normally deleted within 30 days and backup copies rotate out within 90 days. Records required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations are de-identified and kept only as long as necessary.
Your rights
Users can review signed-in devices, sign out a selected device, and request account deletion in the app or on the public web page. Report next to an AI response can be used for inappropriate content.

Privacy and deletion requests can be submitted through the account deletion entry; use in-app reporting for content safety. A public support mailbox will be provided before general availability.
