Security and data

Different AI routes deserve different explanations.

This page explains where messages, credentials, attachments, and execution environments go. Dibaci does not claim certifications it has not earned or describe TLS as end-to-end encryption.

Transport and identity

The public site and API use HTTPS/TLS. Device sign-in uses revocable sessions, and users can sign out a selected device from device management.

Attachments and messages

Historical attachments are retained on the server for 7 days. Expiry removes attachment metadata and managed files without deleting the conversation text that referenced them. Messages are retained as needed for synchronization.

Account deletion

A submitted request immediately disables the account and signs out devices. Associated cloud data is normally deleted within 30 days, with backup copies rotated out within 90 days.

Permissions and high-risk actions

Cloud development is isolated from the user host. File deletion uses a controlled tool and recovery location; required confirmations such as permissions and account deletion are not replaced with routine success notices.

Report an issue

Use Report next to an AI response for inappropriate content. Use the public deletion entry for account and data deletion. For general issues, check the help center and service status; a public support mailbox will be provided before general availability.
